Its goal is to estimate, and then subsequently help to mitigate, vulnerability for key chronic and debilitating diseases such as Type-2 diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, and Chronic kidney disease. The application uses health kit and care kit data to get your steps and calculate the health risks.
